Terms of Service

These terms govern the Easy web hosting services provided by Solmuton to you (the "Customer"). By using our services you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Solmuton provides Easy web hosting as described in your selected Easy XS, S, M, or L plan. Every plan includes one customer-managed WordPress website, company email capacity according to the plan, SSL, and backups. Domain registration and renewal are billed separately. 2. Contract Term & Cancellation

• Monthly plans renew automatically each month and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
• Yearly pricing is prepaid for 12 months; cancellation takes effect after the prepaid period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable except where required by mandatory law or stated in the Refund and cancellation policy.
• Consumers retain all mandatory withdrawal, termination, refund, and defective-performance rights described in the Refund and cancellation policy.

3. Payment

• Monthly plans are billed in advance each month; yearly pricing is billed in advance for 12 months.
• Domain registration and renewal are billed separately at the price shown when ordering or renewing the domain.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
• Late payments may incur interest in accordance with Finnish law.

4. Support Response Times

A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding Finnish public holidays, during 09:00–17:00 Europe/Helsinki. The target measures the first public human response from Solmuton, not resolution time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain access credentials securely, and cooperate with Solmuton to enable service delivery. You manage WordPress content, themes, plugins, and updates as well as your mailbox users and passwords. Content work, plugin compatibility, and personal-device IT support are not included.

6. Intellectual Property

Any tools, scripts, automations, or configurations created by Solmuton remain the intellectual property of Solmuton unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

For business customers, Solmuton's contractual liability for claims arising from the services is limited to the monthly service fee paid for the month in which the issue occurred, and Solmuton is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage except where mandatory law provides otherwise. This limitation does not restrict a consumer's mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' prior written notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Business-customer disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki unless otherwise agreed. Consumers may bring proceedings in any court competent under mandatory consumer-protection rules and may also use the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and Consumer Disputes Board.
