Solmuton is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with our services.

We collect only the data necessary to deliver and support our services:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number
• Business information: company name and type
• Service data: device details for managed devices, IT support requests
• Billing information: invoicing details (we do not store payment card data)
• Communication records: emails and support interactions

• To deliver and manage IT services under our contract with you
• To provide technical support and remote assistance
• To issue invoices and process payments
• To send service-related notices and updates

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — main basis for service delivery
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — security monitoring and service improvement
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — accounting and tax records

• Service and support data: retained for the duration of the contract and 3 years after termination
• Accounting records: 7 years, as required by the Finnish Accounting Act

We use Google Workspace (Google LLC) for email and file storage. Data is processed within the EU/EEA. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Request erasure where data is no longer necessary
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest

We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
